I found an article on line by Paul Gregutt in the Seattle Times about Washington wineries are following the increasing demand for more eco-friendly wines. Consumers are looking for organic and sustainable agricultural practices from wineries. They are also looking for lighter bottles or boxed wines that are more environmentally friendly. Pepper Bridge Winery: Opening Soon
