Larry at Soft Tail Spirits told me that they will be opening up another tasting room. They will be located in the log cabin house between Challenger Ridge Vineyard & Cellars and Hollwood Hill Vineyards. Look for the opening around Passport to Woodinville in the middle of April. Tweet This Post

I found out that Project V Distillery & Sausage Company will have their Grand Opening on November 13th. Right now they will be producing Washington wheat vodka called Single Silo Vodka. I stopped in at Woodinville Whiskey Company last weekend and chatted with owners Camille and Brett. They opened up last weekend. They make vodka and and a clear unaged whiskey from USDA certified organic corn, wheat, malted barley, and rye. All but the rye is from Washington state. The vodka Tweet This Post
