Music + Wine + Community = A Woodinville Summer to Celebrate

Mark your calendars and get ready for the 2018 Celebrate Woodinville summer events, presented by The Everett Clinic. These are free, community events where families, friends, and neighbors can gather to enjoy a variety of high-energy bands playing fun music for all ages.

The four Wednesday evening concerts in the park and Woodinville Festival & Fair will all feature wines poured by premiere Woodinville Wine Country wineries, with local craft beers and ciders also on tap. Attendees are invited to bring a picnic or purchase savory and sweet foods from local restaurants and food trucks. The Woodinville Festival & Fair will begin with the annual community pancake breakfast and 40th Woodinville parade, and will showcase an art show, local exhibitors, children’s activities sponsored by the YMCA, the Woodinville Farmers Market, and the popular Bassett Bash.

The line-up of wineries, breweries, cideries, and restaurants will be announced over the next few months. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and visit our website at www.celebratewoodinville.com to find out when your favorites will be on hand.

Marvelous Music Line-Up

A variety of high-energy bands will be showcased this summer at the Wednesday evening concerts. Stay tuned for details about the bands performing at the Woodinville Festival & Fair.

Wednesday, July 18 | Freddy Pink: Influenced by the great legends of rock and R&B, the guys who make up the Freddy Pink Band freely admit that they have not reinvented the wheel. Their music is edgy, passionate, and full of fire, yet it slides on comfortably like your favorite pair of blue jeans.

Wednesday, July 25 | The ABBAgraphs: Seattle-based, this group recreates the pop magic of ABBA’s chart-topping, classic pop hits of the ’70s and early ’80s plus hits of the disco era. Think Dancing Queen, Take a Chance on Me, Mamma Mia, Fernando, Waterloo and more!

Wednesday, August 1 | Tribute Kings: This band shines with rock, country, pop and R&B hits that are fun for the whole family. All the hits, horns and hoopla make this show rock and will make you want to get up and dance!

Wednesday, August 8 | Emily McIntosh: Woodinville’s favorite, this indisputably gifted vocalist will entertain you with soul, dance, contemporary, pop, hip/hop, smooth jazz and sultry R&B. We love Emily!
