Edmonds Tasting: Russell’s with Fish Fillet Show

I attended a wine tasting of Edmonds Winery on the other at Russell’s Dining in Bothell. It was a great chance to taste their wines. I think we all enjoyed the Sauvignon Blanc but there was only one case left and I think it’s gone now. I loved the Robert D. and they still have that available. It’s Cab Sauv, Malbec, and Cab Franc blend with notes of cedar and leather and a long finish. You can check them out in the winery warehouse district.

salmonWe did get an added bonus that evening by watching Russell fillet a salmon and then he went onto a halibut. Nothing like really fresh sushi prepared right in front of us.sushi
