Oregon Pinot Noir Tasting: Preservation Kitchen

It was a dark and stormy night as I pulled into Preservation Kitchen on Tuesday. Preservation Kitchen’s menu focus is on seasonal, locally produced, and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. Their wine list also has quite a few local wineries represented.
