Last Saturday was another beautiful day to be working with grapes. I spent most of my day hand sorting out leaves, spiders, mold, and bugs from the Cabernet Franc grapes at NW Totem Cellars. I received information from Canon de Sol which will open at the beginning of November at 14450 Woodinville Redmond Road. It’s going to be across the street from Woodinville Purple Cafe. They will be pouring two labels; Canon de Sol and Irlandis. The tasting room will be called Wine Experience. Tweet This Post
