I had the chance to talk with Erik Dahle, owner, of Tasawik Vineyards at the Cabernet Classic the last week and he told me that they were shopping around for a spot in Woodinville for a tasting room. They have not found the right place yet. Tweet This Post

Corus Estates and Vineyards should be opening up their tasting room soon. I hear that they are expecting to open up over Thanksgiving weekend if all goes according to plan. They will be featuring Alder Ridge and Zefina wines. Tweet This Post

I just received a press release from  CoEfficient Consulting that two more wineries from east of the mountains will be coming to Woodinville.  Pepper Bridge and Amavi Cellars will be sharing a tasting room located at the Hollywood School House in Woodinville. Airfield Estates is planning to make their landing in Woodinville with a tasting room to probably open up in March 2010. Of course, much depends on permits, construction, etc. Tweet This Post
