It’s official, Sparkman Cellars will open the door to their tasting room this weekend. They will be open Saturday & Sunday from 1-6pm. Their regular hours will be Wednesday through Sunday from 1-6pm. From a story on KIRO7 is how a winery has been found in a cave in the mountains of Armenia. It has been dated to be about 6000 years old. There has been older evidence of wine drinking but not wine production. Wonder what challenges they faced back then making wine? Tweet This Post
