Mark down the third Sunday of each month on your calendar for a wine and food event put on by Bin On the Lake in Kirkland. Bin on the lake has a new Chef de Cuisine, R. Paul Hyman and they have started a nomadic dinner party that pops up at some super secret locations to offer you a five course dinner paired with some of our Washington wineries. The Bin on the Move dinners have been held at Efeste and Glassybaby Studio and an already sold out event at Quest Field. The location of each dinner is only revealed 24-48 hours before the dinner. The menus are available at an earlier date. The number of attendees is limited to twelve and one of those spots is for the chef, as he sits down with you at the dinner. The cost for the dinner is $99 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
Chef Hyman focus is on Pacific Northwest foods and he likes to use local farm-to-table cooking. The next dinner features Sparkman Cellars wines on Sunday, April 17th and the yet to be disclosed location is going to be amazing. Yes, I know where it is but I’m not talking. Tickets & Sparkman Menu.
