Apex at Alder Ridge: Mimosas in the Morning

I met up with some friends on Saturday morning at Apex at Alder Ridge before heading out for some Woodinville wine tasting. It was the first time that Apex at Alder Ridge was offering mimosas in the morning. They will be serving them from 9am until noon every Saturday and Sunday morning for $4. You can mix and match your sparkling with choices of Brut, Riesling, or Syrah with orange or cranberry juice, with fruit picks of strawberrries or blueberries. I chose the Sparkling Syrah with cranberry juice and some blueberries for my fruit. I think I made a good choice but will have to go back another weekend and try some other combinations. They will experimenting with different juices and fruits as they go along. They also have some breads and cheeses if you don’t want to drink on an empty stomach. I hear that they will be offering warm pastries very soon to pair with the mimosas. Tell me what mimosa combination you chose.
