I had a nice long talk with Rachel at Challenger Ridge Vineyard & Cellars the other morning. I had stopped by to taste Eagle Haven Winery and Tulip Valley Vineyard & Orchard wines and ciders. I did really enjoy the ciders from Tulip Valley and the wines from both of the Skagit Valley wineries. It was a great opportunity to have them in Woodinville for a day to sample some other wines.
I also found out more infomation from Rachel on their upcoming October 10th Harvest and Crush Party up at the winery in Concrete. They will have live music, BBQ, Jet Boat Rides, Pumpkin Carving, Pumpkin Bowling, Wine Tasting, Winery Tours, and Stomping of the Grapes I Love Lucy Style with your bare feet. Do you have your ticket yet? I do! The tickets are available at the tasting room.
