MAGNUM BOTTLING LUNCHEON with Winemaker Matthieu Gille & Owner, Ron Lachini Limited to 40pp. Fee is $540 per two guests and includes six 1.5L magnums of the spectacular 2015 vintage plus lunch. Your $270 We’re excited to bring back the wildly popular magnum bottling luncheon ~ especially for those of you who missed last year’s fun. Here’s your chance to play winemaker! You will become a master blender and create a 2015 Pinot noir from six barrels that will be bottled into one case equivalent in magnums (6). The event luncheon for 1 or 2 persons and includes one case of 1.5L magnums The event kicks off with a blind tasting of barrel samples; after which you will begin crafting your blend followed by bottling, waxing and labeling. Then, sit down and relax with your fellow honorary winemakers where you will be treated to a wonderful, old-world lunch. Chef/Owner Don Curtiss of VOLTERRA is back to freshly prepare at a feast at our Woodinville Tasting Room. We will be pouring our newly bottled 2016 Rosé and Pinot Gris along with a few special library wine selections.
