The Homeward Pet Fur Ball Auction & Dinner Event is our annual gala, bringing more than 375 animal lovers together to bid on amazing silent and live auction items in support of the animals in our care. Guests enjoy a gourmet dinner, delicious wine, and delight in a fun dessert dash for many yummy sweets!
Last year, with the support of our wonderful donors and sponsors, we were able to raise $225,000 — a record year! The funds raised from the event go directly to providing food, shelter, and veterinary care for the homeless animals in our care each year. It also supports our low-cost spay/neuter services, our Pet Food Bank for the pets of reduced income families in our community and many other life-saving programs and services.
Homeward Pet is a private shelter and we receive no local, state or federal funding. We rely on the generosity of our community through gifts and grants.
