Valentine’s Day Blending Workshop
Be a winemaker for the afternoon! Start this unique experience by blind tasting three red wine right from the barrels, each a different varietal. Then the magic is up to you. You’ll create your own blend based on your personal preference and palate. After finding that perfect blend you will fill a bottle, cork it, label, wax the top and take it home to enjoy later with your valentine.
