Amuse-Bouche: Fresh oyster on the half shell with a sparkling wine granite

1st Course: Ahi Poke Tartar

2nd Course: “Beeting” Heart Salad – roasted beets with hearts of palm

accompanied by: 2013 Sauvignon Blanc, Red Mountain AVA

3rd Course: Chicken Terrine – Mousseline with dried cherries and pistachios

4th Course: Beef Roulade Oskar: Beef topped with shrimp, béarnaise and asparagus
