We have multiple culinary and vinous treats in store for you as we kick off our highly anticipated Wine Dinner Series on December 5th, 2014! The evening’s four courses will feature: Crab and Apple Soup; Poached Pear Salad; Duck Ravioli in a Rich Duck Consommé; and Roasted Rack of Lamb – each paired with delectable wines from Kirkland’s very own Northwest Cellars – and for dessert: Flourless Chocolate Torte. As an added bonus, Northwest Cellars owner Bob Delf will join us as our special guest speaker.
This winter-themed dinner will be held on Friday, December 5th, from 6:30-9:30pm at the Chef City Grill, on LWTech’s Kirkland campus (11605 132nd Avenue NE, Kirkland, WA 98034). Our Wine Dinner Series is a collaborative effort between: the LWTech Foundation and the Culinary, Baking, and Wine Certificates Departments. Proceeds from this event are used for: student scholarships, participation in educational competitions, and opportunities to study abroad.

Tickets are $75 per person, with $55 of that cost a tax-deductable expense.
