Celebrate Mom at Lake Washington Institute of Technology’s

Spring Quarter Wine Dinner

Enjoy a savory amuse bouche, followed by four exquisite courses, each paired with local wines from Woodinville-based Patterson Cellars. Highlights of this dinner include King Salmon Rillettes, lobster and morel handkerchief, cinnamon smoked pork tenderloin, and a special dessert completes this perfect way to celebrate mom while supporting student scholarship programs at the Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech).

Our popular “Wine Dinner” series showcases culinary student creations and some of the best wines of the Pacific Northwest.  This Mother’s Day themed dinner will be May 9th, 6:30 to 9:30 PM, at the Chef City Grill, on LWTECH’s Kirkland campus, 11605 132nd Avenue, NE.  Wines from the Woodinville-based Patterson Cellars will be featured and winery owner John Patterson will be special guest speaker.

Reservations by May 6th are requested as seating is limited:
