Head cheese maker Stephen Heuffed will spend the evening with guests, sharing his commitment to simple and natural ingredients. The menu features expertly crafted cuisine from Chef Dylan Giordan paired with Washington state wines to highlight the fresh, natural cheeses from the nationally-acclaimed Willapa Hills Cheese, including:
