Preview: Taste of Tulalip 2012

Louis Roederer Cristal ReimsI attended a sneak preview for the upcoming Taste of Tulalip which is coming up on November 9th & 10th. Upon arriving I was greeted by Tommy Thompson, Sommelier, of Tulalip Resort Casino with a glass of Louis Roederer Cristal. Not a bad way to begin the evening. After sipping and chatting with my fellow bloggers and tweeters the food started to come out to our tables. We tasted through six courses and they were all delicious. I am a big fan of the food at Tulalip. I think they do an excellent job and you should not be wary that you will get “casino food”. This is all delicious.  There will be more than 120 wineries and about 65 are from Washington with a number from Woodinville. Other wineries are from Napa, Oregon, Italy, and France.
