Pomum Cellars: Rack and Returning

I had the chance to sneak behind the winery door at Pomum Cellars a few weeks ago. Javier already had Tempranillo in and was doing a rack and return. You will have about three to four years before you can taste the 2012 Tinto. I’ll be looking forward to it. In the meantime there will be a Tinto release in November.
