Mark your calendars for the 24th, 25th, and 26th of August for the Grand Opening of Patterson Cellars Hollywood Hill Tasting Room. It also coincides with the release of the 2011 Late Harvest Rousanne. A special bonus is that Chef Kent Betts of Italianissimo Ristorante will be serving up housemade gelato. The gelato is prepared by poaching pears in the 2011 Late Harvest Rousanne with candied ginger. Nothing say summer in Woodinville like gelato made with a local wine.
