Incredible! That’s the best word I can say to describe how Russell’s Barn was decorated for Weddings in Woodinville the other week. This was one of my favorite picks for 2011 Weddings in Woodinville. You have to allow for everyone’s personal taste and this was, for me, just amazing It is very over the top and I loved it. I have to say that I lean to the absence of color and this winter themed room was beautiful with white, silver, and silver blue lighting. PJ Hummel did the event design and decor for Russell’s.
I have to confess that I am a fan of Russell’s Dining and absolutely loved his Beef Tenderloin Skewers with Roasted Apple Glace, Pan Seared Smoked Salmon Cakes with Caper and Chive Creme Fraiche, and the Sake Poached Prawns with Cilantro Lime Dipping Sauce. I was very glad that these were all bit size portions and this was my first stop. Thanks to Russell for making me go right upstairs before everyone else got up there. Brian Carter Cellars wines Oriana and Abracadabra were being poured to pair with the food.
