Italianissimo: Wine Wednesdays

I was invited to Italianissimo for their Wine Wednesday where they feature a winemaker every week. Last week it was Guardian Cellars. Jerry was pouring his new Angel Sauvignon Blanc, Gun Metal, and Chalk Line. We had some nice weather so it was great to sit out on the patio and pair these wines with some Gnocchi Panna Rosa which are potato dumplings in a delicious tomato cream sauce. There was also a Pollo Dorato Alla Toscana which is roasted chicken with lemon and rosemary. This is fun way to check out different winemakers and have some lovely Italian food. Baer Winery is featured this Wednesday.
