WBC10: Taco Food Truck for Lunch

We did manage a break on Friday afternoon for lunch when the Taco Trucks pulled up outside the Marcus Whitman. I know some were a bit unsure but as much as I love fine dining, I love diners and food trucks too. I tried tacos from the first truck La Monarca. I decided to go classic and ordered one beef and two chicken Walla Walla tacos. I love Walla Walla onions on anything and they were delicious. The chicken and beef were moist. They also had some decent size avocado slices and a few pieces of lime to squeeze over the tacos. A few people at my table ordered burritos and said they were great. This was a nice break for us to relax and be outside in the sun and fresh air.
