Retailers: Also Seeing Benefits of Twitter

The Seattle Times seem to big believers in social media benefits from Twitter and Facebook this morning. Many local businesses are seeing returns by engaging current and future customers by joining the conversation. Some are offering discounts and letting their followers know about promotions through social media. Staying connected to customers is key in this economy.
