I’ve heard many good things about these events but now I get a chance to attend the Fidelitas Winemaker’s dinner with Charlie Hoppes. The winemaker dinners are five course affairs that have been expertly paired with a generous pour of wine to ensure that you experience the greatest flavors of both the food and wine.
