Novelty Hill – Januik Winery offers up an intimate space for a reception. This was my third stop on the Weddings in Woodinville tour. This venue was hosted by Jennifer Taylor of Taylor’d Events by Jennifer. I did get a taste of Novelty Hill 2007 Cab Sauvignon which I knew I already liked. I also managed to taste a Hoisin Glazed Chicken and Scallion Crepes 
while checking out some of the vendors such as British Motor Coach, Elements in Bloom, and Uncommon Invites. At Novelty Hill – Januik there is an in-house culinary team led by chef Dan Koommoo who is dedicated to fresh cuisine from sustainable resources which are designed to complement Novelty Hill’s and Januik’s wines.
