Another fabulous venue on the Weddings in Woodinville tour was JM Cellars. I love how you look out over the valley from JM Cellars. Peggy Bigelow tells me it’s the perfect spot for a second wedding or to renew your vows! I think it would also be great for a smaller, more intimate first wedding. The event planner host for JM Cellars was Melody G. Davis of MG Davis Events. There was beautiful gold table set up inside the tasting room. The food was a Bistecca with bread salad and tomatoes and a Crab Roll on a bun, by Tom Douglas Catering, which was good with the 2007 Syrah that was served. There were also chocolates by Sweets, Treats, & Designs and hand crafted soap by Seattle Sundries for wedding favors. There was also an outside tent set up with Japanese lanterns.
Weddings in Woodinville was sponsored by Seattle Bride Magazine, Butler Valet & Transportation, Banquet Events, Event Success, MG Davis Events, and Taylor’d Events by Jennifer. You can see a list of vendors at Weddings in Woodinville. The next Weddings in Woodinville is scheduled for Sunday, January 30th, 2011.

What a great combination of some of my favs. The great wine and beautiful setting of JM Cellars and fantastic food by Tom Douglas. I think it’s great that Woodinville, in some ways, is more progressive than Napa and Sonoma. The laws in CA prevent wineries from having events such as this.
