Willows Edge Farm: Becoming an Events Center

Willows Edge Farm has been purchased and the intention is to make the 5 acre plot into an events center with a wine museum, a winery, and a bed & breakfast. It’s located just north of Matthews Estate on the west side of the road at 16507 140th Place NE.  The purchase price for the 5 acres was $1.2M which was reported on CoStar.

Isn’t that the old Olympic Nursery location?

From a zoning standpoint, isn’t that a bit close to the Woodinville Alliance Church?

I’m not positive but I had heard that it has to be 500 feet between a winery and a church or daycare.
