Willows Edge Farm: Becoming an Events Center

Willows Edge Farm has been purchased and the intention is to make the 5 acre plot into an events center with a wine museum, a winery, and a bed & breakfast. It’s located just north of Matthews Estate on the west side of the road at 16507 140th Place NE.  The purchase price for the 5 acres was $1.2M which was reported on CoStar.

Isn’t that the old Olympic Nursery location?

From a zoning standpoint, isn’t that a bit close to the Woodinville Alliance Church?

I’m not positive but I had heard that it has to be 500 feet between a winery and a church or daycare.

FYI … This was not the home of Willows Edge Farm. It was however the former home of Olympic Nursery and currently is home to Kirshner Trailer Sales, which was formerly owned by myself, Corinne Kirshner Logan. We do own Willows Edge Farm and this was never the location of our farm.
