3rd Floor Fish Cafe: Closing

I just heard the sad news that the 3rd Floor Fish Cafe in Kirkland is closing their doors next month. They have been there 15 years. I’m sad to see it go as I spent many fun evenings with friends at this spot. You can find more information at Puget Sound Business Journal.

Shona, this is very sad news. When I got engaged, oh so many years ago, a dear friend took me to The Third Floor Fish Cafe for my “engagement” luncheon since I told her I wasn’t having a traditional engagement party. That was so sweet, and I remember having a very special lunch there complete with great wine!

I feel the same way. I hope they do something with the space. It would be such a waste, the view up there is spectacular. I enjoyed many a sunset up there. Happy Thanksgiving.

Shona, I’m really sorry to hear this news. The Fish Cafe was the first restaurant I visited when we moved to the USA from the UK in 2000. My husband took me there for my birthday and we’ve been back several times. It has always been excellent

You still have some time to get in a last visit. It does not give a date but says one more month.
