The Bravern: New Shops & Restaurants

john-howie-steakI went to a sneak preview of The Bravern early Saturday morning before it officially opened.  I made the rounds of Louis Vuitton, Jimmy Choo, Neiman Marcus, Artisanal,  Sur La Table, David Barton Gym, and The Red Door Spa amongst others. Trophy Cupcakes had a huge line for cupcakes as I passed by. Lucky for me I had tried them a few weeks ago and they are delicious. Artisanal Brasserie and Winebar looks very promising as does The Artisanal Table Pizzeria Enoteca with pizzas prepared in a pizza oven. Wild Ginger is not open yet. John Howie Steak is gorgeous. The bar area is great and the dining room is very elegant and looks east toward the Cascade mountains. I got to spend a few minutes with John Howie to learn more about John Howie Steak.
