Missy Will’s Grillin’ Chillin’ and Chocolates cooking class on Friday at Woodhouse Family Cellars was quite a success. Once everyone got their assignments they got cookin’. They made White Sangria, Proscuitto Shrimp with Cucumber-Melon Salsa, Grilled Ahi, Beet and Arugula Salad, and Roasted
Fingerling Potatoes with Rosemary and Olive Oil. Not may leftovers that night. Aaron Barthal of Intrigue Chocolates provided his wonderful chocolates for dessert. He’s a whiz at pairing wine with is truffles.
