The 1st Annual Bainbridge Island Wine Weekend kicks off on Saturday, August 29th. The tickets for the Saturday night wine dinner benefit the IslandWood School Overnight Program. Participating wineries are Bainbridge Island Vineyards & Winery, Eagle Harbor Wine Company, Eleven Winery, Liberty Bay Cellars, Perennial Vintners, Rolling Bay Winery, and Victor Alexander Winery.
Sunday, there is an art fair, outdoor concert, and wine tasting at City Hall. There is also a shuttle, beep beep–departs from town square from 1 to 4:30 on Sunday afternoon. A $10 ticket will get you unlimited shuttle service to and from our local wineries. See our winemakers in their natural habitat and keep the roads safe after you sample the Sangiovese.
