Stir Martini & Raw Bar: Almost Open

stirI spent the evening in Bellevue meeting up with friends at the Twisted Cork to hide out from the heat and have a glass of Happy Hour Champagne. As I crossed through the lobby I spotted Stir Martini & Raw Bar with people in it. After we finished our champagne we decided to go see what was going on. OK, we crashed.  They were not officially open but we did get a tour of the bar and some great sushi. The outdoor patio will seat about 30 people and there is an interior patio also. I didn’t get to check out their wine menu but I will return for a gin martini with three olives and check it out. They should be open sometime this weekend.
