Intrigue Chocolates: Wine & Truffle Pairings

intrigueI talked with Aaron Barthel of Intrigue Chocolates. He is a master of pairing his chocolate truffles with wines. He told me that he currently has 69 flavors of truffles. He believes that he is not selling chocolate, but sharing chocolate with others. He shared St. Basil with me on Saturday and I’m really looking foward to August when he will share Lady Lavender.
