Eat & Drink in the NW: New Book Release

I attended the release of the latest Eat & Drink in the Northwest book last night at Cellar 46. This is the fourth book Melissa Peterman and Marcus Pape have released. This book marks their one year anniversary and they plan to continue on with two books each year. The focus of the books is on seasonal and local foods that pair with local wines. After a quick look through the book I want to try the Warm Bean Salad and the Caesar Lamb Burgers. There were several local wineries represented last night, Cedergreen Cellars, DiStefano, Baer, and Darby. I look forward to pairing some of these wines with the new recipes.
