For the couple passionate about wining & dining, Novelty Hill – Januik chef Dan Koommoo offers an intimate, hands-on cooking class in the winery’s demonstration kitchen. Your afternoon includes recipes & tips for preparing a multi-course dinner for two, award-winning wines and a sumptuous feast you have helped prepare.
