Creative Cooking with Dan at Novelty Hill

Put Novelty Hill winery chef Dan Koommoo’s culinary creativity to the test and learn about impromptu seasonal cooking in your own kitchen.  At the suggestion of guests, we’ve designed this fun, entertaining class to unfold the day of the event based on attendees’ input and interest.  Perfectly paired wines included with the meal you create.
