Seattle native Darla Varrenti is the Regional Manager overseeing Wolfgang Puck Caterine at Seattle Design Center and Benaroya Hall. An experienced chef, catering manager, and cooking instructor.Darla recently returned to Seattle. Loyalty to her hometown and commitment to culinary excellence is her recipe for continuing Wolfgang Puck Catering’s philosophy of over 20 years.
