DETAILS: Join bin on the lake at The Woodmark Hotel and Willapa Hills Cheese for a four-course dinner featuring natural artisan cheeses. Head cheese maker Stephen Heuffed will spend the evening with guests, sharing his commitment to simple and natural ingredients. The menu features expertly crafted cuisine from Chef Dylan Giordan paired with Washington state wines to highlight the fresh, natural cheeses from the nationally-acclaimed Willapa Hills Cheese, including:
