Wine Dinner: Village Wines, Fidelitas, & Russells

Russells Restaurant, Village Wines, and Fidelitas Wines have partnered up for next Tuesday’s winemaker dinner. I’m really looking forward to attending at Russells up in Bothell.  I’ve heard many good things about these events but now I get a chance to attend the Fidelitas Winemaker’s dinner with Charlie Hoppes. The winemaker dinners are five course affairs that have been expertly paired with a generous pour of wine to ensure that you experience the greatest flavors of both the food and wine. Fidelitas Winemaker’s Dinner with Charlie Hoppes at Russells

Charlie Hoppes has gained a depth of understanding few others will ever achieve, as he has crafted more wines in a single vintage that most winemakers will touch in a lifetime. He knows his growers. He knows their vines. That’s why the critics have consistently rewarded his wines with high scores (92-94 Points) for his 2006 vintage.
